Most of us have navigated the care system for an aging parent or grandparent. For Florence, it was her grandparents.

The endless calls to coordinate appointments. A day off work for a twenty-minute visit. And for someone with limited mobility, it's a car ride, a parking lot, a rigid clinic chair, for something that could have been done at home.

Maria saw the other side. In Canada, 40 nurses under 35 leave the workforce for every 100 who enter.
